Purpose of the role - how it adds value

  • Selling the Digita suite to prospective 1 & 2 partner accountancy and professional firms throughout the UK

Main responsibilities of the job

  • Negotiating up to partner level.
  • To have a fully comprehensive understanding of the entire suite
  • Online product demonstrations
  • Presentations and demonstrations at seminars and conferences
  • Understanding the complete market place
  • Generate leads through marketing for Accountants and other professional firms
  • Work closely with the marketing team
  • Working closely with product managers to understand new features and latest technology
  • To maintain an expert knowledge of the interoperability between Digita and third party applications
  • Recording and reporting on sales opportunities via Microsoft CRM application
  • Recording and reporting on won and lost sales, including the reasons for these decisions via Microsoft CRM application.
  • To undertake required hours of work as required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
  • Objection handling – learning to understand objections and dealing with these

Experience: relevant experience for the role

  • Minimum 2+ years sales experience within the industry or with technology

  • Thorough understanding of Office 2000, XP and 2007

Salary and Benefits

Hours 35
Additional Monetary Benefits Commission plan in place.
