The simple, intuitive interface delivers speed and accuracy. A range of data entry options allow you to post incomplete records, trial balance information or import from third party software. Configured posting templates can be reused by other clients or by other users.
The working papers are fully drillable, providing direct access to the posting sheets. Reports are clearly laid out and navigable. Tied in with the Summary screen, Digita Accounts Production delivers the right information, at the right time, and in the right context.
Integration
Digita Accounts Production integrates with the other products in the Digita suite, including Business and Personal Tax and Corporation Tax. Digita Accounts Production will transfer contact and address information, financial figures and disallowable amounts.
Digita's Deferred Tax module works intuitively by importing financial data which can then be adjusted for tax, resulting in a fast and reliable estimate of the future tax consequences of transactions and events recognised in the financial statements.
You can import contact information from Microsoft Outlook as well as import from common bookkeeping and final accounts packages.
Reporting
Reports can be quickly previewed and changed. Notes are intelligently included in the reports, which are automatically numbered and formatted to suit.
Support for sole traders, large and small partnerships, small, medium and large companies, FRSSE accounts, abbreviated accounts, doctors, solicitors, farmers, Northern Ireland companies and group accounts.

Digita Accounts Production is built around a Microsoft SQL Server database.
General Requirements
Digita applications are designed for professional production work. Our system requirements are based on the assumption that professional accounting firms replace their computer hardware and operating systems approximately every three years.
While our software may operate on less powerful hardware and operating systems, we do not believe it will perform at a level suitable for production work in those environments. Of course, as processing speed and RAM are increased, software performance will also improve. We recommend business class computers, which generally offer higher levels of performance than home models when running business applications.
