Easy to set-up and use

Simply create employees for your company and then enter details for the P11D as and when required. Whether you want to see the benefit claim status for an employee, open a list of employee names from a spreadsheet or display the vehicle register, accessing the many unique features in this software is very easy indeed. Simply click to open a menu, highlight the feature you want and click!

Import and export data

Employee and benefit data can be loaded from a Windows spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel. Information can be exported to Microsoft Excel and Word if you wish to produce your own customised reports or mail merges. Export data in ASCII (plain text) format is also available.

Forms and reports

Produces Revenue-approved facsimile forms including P11D, P11D(b), P46(car) and FPCS reports.

Benefits list for employees

P11D comes with a standard list of benefits that can be added to using the Maintain Standard Items screen. When you select a benefit type, edit boxes (which you type information into), check boxes.

File P11D electronically

The Inland Revenue offer employers the opportunity of submitting their P11D information on diskette or using the HM Revenue & Customs Filing Online. The Employer's Pack contains the procedures necessary to file electronically.

Optional Vehicle Management

The car and van register provides an easy method of recording information about each vehicle for use on the P11D and also to help you manage your fleet. The optional vehicle register provides an easy method of recording information about each car or van for use in the benefit records.

Automatic error checks

When you run P11D report, all benefits and expenses are re-validated. Records which had previously been marked as complete, are recalculated using any new payment records, mileage records and interest rates which have been entered. Conflicts, such as two company cars held concurrently are also detected. Beneficial loans are also recalculated, using all the appropriate tax rules. When the validation is complete a screen is displayed showing the status of each employee.

General Requirements

Digita applications are designed for professional production work. Our system requirements are based on the assumption that professional accounting firms replace their computer hardware and operating systems approximately every three years.

While our software may operate on less powerful hardware and operating systems, we do not believe it will perform at a level suitable for production work in those environments. Of course, as processing speed and RAM are increased, software performance will also improve. We recommend business class computers, which generally offer higher levels of performance than home models when running business applications.
