The latest version of Company Secretarial, version 8.0 (build 941), has been released and distributed.

Accompanying this release we have provided two documents for you to download by clicking on the following links:
A Quick Start Guide for your reference which will help familiarise yourself with the new features.
A document entitled “becoming CA 2006 compliant” which may aid understanding of the new compliance regulations.

The following two downloads are currently available:

Digita Company Secretarial 8.0 build 941 (Patch)

If you are still running the original release of version 8.0, build 939, then you should download and install this patch to bring your system up to the latest version, build 941.

Version 8.0 Forms Update 1

This download will add forms RP01, SH02, SH03 & SH10. It will also install updated versions of forms AA02, SH01 and TM01.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Digita Company Secretarial 8.0 build 941 (Patch) 4.48 Mb
  Download and save this file to the main PC/Server, run the CoSec_941_Update.exe file. If you are running a network installation the nodes should update when you next open the software.
• Version 8.0 Forms Update 1 0.3 Mb
  Download and save this file to each workstation that is running Digita Company Secretarial, run the CoSecFormsUpdate1.exe file.
