The latest version of Company Secretarial is version 8.1.2 (build 970).

Companies House Belfast address change and forms update This update installs the latest versions ("05/10 Version 4.0") of Companies House forms, reflecting Companies House new Belfast address, as follows: "Second Floor, The Linenhall, 32-38 Linenhall Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT2 8BG. DX 481 N.R. Belfast 1."

The new versions officially replace the previous versions with effect from 31st May 2010. Apart from the new Belfast address as shown in the forms' 'Where to send' box, there are no other changes to the forms.

If you previously installed update 8.1.1 build 966 then you will already have these new form versions but should still install this latest update.

Change to Form SH01 completion
Following clarification from Companies House, the amounts paid and unpaid on shares allotted are now stated on a per-share rather than aggregate basis.

  Download and save this file to the main PC/Server, run the CoSec_8.1.970_Update.exe file. If you are running a network installation the nodes should update when you next open the software.This update will only work on version 8.1 of the software – this is available below.
• Digita Company Secretarial 8.1 build 962 (Full version). 315 Mb
  Download and save this file to the main PC/Server, unzip the DCS_8_1_962.zip file, then run setup.exe. If you are running a network installation the nodes should update when you next open the software.
